Cost of Papal 1929-2019 Disobedience 2.5 Billion dead?

The cost of Popes' (in union with Catholic Bishops) disobeying GOD's 1929 request to consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary is 2.5 Billion unnecessary deaths between 1929-2019. This figure includes 2 Billion legalized abortions. These 2.5 Billion dead are related to Communism in one way or other as explained below.

In this apparition not only was Our Lady of Fatima present, but also the Most Holy Trinity. It has been stated by experts on the subject of apparitions that never before or since has the Holy Trinity appeared in a supernatural apparition. At any rate, the time had arrived for Russia, now enslaved by atheistic Communism, to be consecrated to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the Pope in union with all the Catholic Bishops in a solemn public ceremony...

Our Lady of Fatima promised that Russia would be converted with this consecration. Otherwise, "Russia will spread her errors throughout the world, promoting wars.....(etc)"...If this consecration did not take place and if nations did not heed Our Lady of Fatima's requests, GOD would use Russia to punish the world and various nations would be annihilated...

Dictator Benito Mussolini, Founder of Fascism in Italy, negotiated the 1929 Concordat with the Vatican in February of 1929. The Tuy, Spain, apparition happened on June 13, 1929. Is it possible that some kind of mysterious smoke penetrated the Vatican during and after the negotiations of this Concordat?
